Minning sold this car in 1968 or so to James Welz. Welz says it was RHD with a center shifter at the time. He moved the shifter to the right side, added a new roll bar, and yellow trim paint at this point. He ran it in the 1969 and 1970 ARRC runoffs. After 1970 Welz changed it to a larger displacement CSR Imp engine before selling it.
The next owner (unknown currently, but maybe associated with Rick Capone's race shop) evidently installed a Fiat 850 engine, painted it blue with yellow trim, and changed it back to LHD.
Charlie Brown acquired it some time 1972-74 and ran it in the 1975 CSPRRC runoffs. He removed the engine and added a LeGrand sprocket drive intending to convert it to a Honda motorcycle engine, but sold it without engine before doing so.
Billy Bender was evidently the next owner, as Carey Culpepper acquired it from him. Culpepper owns it today.
